Journey to weight loss from way too much, to just right.

As I'm starting on this journey to getting healthy one of my early discovery was the fact that what I believed to be a low a calorie meal was not, what has helped with everyday meal counting is using an app called  Loseit. The tracking of calories has made it easy to see how quickly you consume more than what your body requires. While progress is slow I'm determine to get to the finish.
